Fantastic! This community is my second experience at apartment living after being a homeowner for over 29 years. It has been simply “Fantastic”. Amazing! My family and I have been renting here for about 2 years now. Suzie in the leasing office goes above and beyond to accommodate our family, maintance requests get answered almost immediately and resolved right away. From looking around to other apartment buildings, there’s no question that peakview by horseshoe lake is the best quality and value in Loveland.
