Maintenance crew is the best! Maintenance crew is great. They show up in a timely manner, friendly, respectful, and get the job done well. No need to worry about maintenance at this complex - you're in good hands!
Great staff, questionable ownership/management company When I moved into Peakview 3 years ago it was a very welcoming place and, even though the prices were on the high side, I enjoyed the location and especially the staff. Over the years the price has continually increased. Especially with IRT Living took over, they nickel and dime you to outrageous levels for everything including the basic rent.
