We enjoyed the walking path around the neighborhood, how close it was to the grocery store and gas station, and were impressed by how good Comcast was in our apartment (I was shocked, as a customer who has long been held hostage by Comcast). Just moved in and Love this location I appreciated the fact the facilities have been well maintained and daily I see the maintenance staff out and working on the property. Everyone has been friendly and upbeat to work with. It truly has a family feel which is fantastic when you are new in town. Finally, I walk my dog early in the morning and late at night and at no point in time have I felt concerned about our welfare. It has many... (Verified Renter) It has many qualities that are desirable of a apartment community -it is quiet, well maintained, and has a leasing office nearby that handles issues. However, from looking around, it seems to be there would be places that would suit me better for the same price point and do not hike prices for a shorter term lease.
