I have been taking my kids to the Boca location for over 10 years. Sometimes the wait is longer than other times, but, I will wait for quality care. It is what it is with doctors' offices, in general. We've seen several of the doctors over the years (we do have our favorites), and they have all been wonderful and attentive. The staff has also been great. Highly recommended.

Being that we have a special needs child, it was arranged that she would be seen right away, and all of the doctors were very sensitive and well versed on her nature of challenges. Our son always looked forward to his doctors appointments as well. Thanks for everything, your whole staff is amazing and we miss you much now that we are on a different health plan. The Pediatric Associates team is always really attentive and cares about the well being of our kids. The office staff is friendly and our doctor, Dr. Sally Chen-Hynes is great with our girls and is not only knowledgeable but has a great way of making the girls feel comfortable. The waiting times can been a little long at times but it has been worth it.

I have taken my kids to Pediatric Associates for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Cutler and Dr. Mosquera are our main doctors. They are great as well as the staff. The wait is sometimes long, but it is worth it to see good doctors!

We have had a great experience with Pediatric Associates. Our main doctor is Dr Marcus, but we've been seen by many of the others for same-day appointments, and been very happy. You can always get an appointment, they are open-minded and good listeners, and always great with children. Highly recommended.

worst office ever. i wish i could give negative stars. hold times are terrible, they make you fax forms and then they tell you they did not receive them. do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

this review is NOT about the providers or staff ** it is strictly about the NEW PATIENT PORTAL.** have been with Pediatric Associates for a while and overall I like the practice. Rebecca Lowen is an amazing professional, caring, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen. I also like the staff; they are generally kind and helpful. However, the new patient portal is very disappointing. Many documents and important information are missing compared to the old portal. My child has been a patient there for years. We've stayed with the office, despite wait times and busy lobbies, because of one physician we loved (who has since retired) and because their online portal was very convenient - particularly when school forms are needed. They migrated their portal system about a year ago. Because of some glitch, we've not been able to access the portal despite numerous emails with their portal support team. Does not even have a doctor and always tried to charge for nothing not coming back again
