I called today for My baby 30 months he's sick coughing and weazing they can't give me any appointment for sick child they said they can accept only well visit and other kind of appointment but no sick child!!! How crazy is that???

Horrible!Horrible service! The Chinese Doctor, sorry don't even remember her name, only cared about my child's insurance even though I stated a few times we are paying cash! Doc wanted to prescribe oral pills for my 7-year-old daughter since she is wetting the bed sometimes without even trying to understand what is going on with the child. The doctor didn't help at all, very disappointed in her poor experience and wouldn't trust her knowledge. This practice doesn't care about your child's well being and only cares about profits. They nickel and dime you for everything and greet you with "Your Copay please", instead of a hello. They perform services which have nothing to do with the reason for your visit and then balance bill you. I had a brief period where I didn't have insurance coverage and had to pay cash out of pocket. After paying the agreed upon price, they sent me another bill for $40.

Unfriendly receptionist humiliated me and my daughter and didn't inform us of their office policies prior to the visit. I called for a sick visit and it was my daughter's first time there, although her younger sister had been there several times. My daughter was sick, it was her birthday of all days, and right as we were checking in, the receptionist informed us they don't see children who are medically exempt from vaccines. The waiting time here is ridiculous! Every time we wait for an hour or so to be called in and then for another half hour or so to see the doctor! With a baby younger than 6 months that is unacceptable! They keep saying you are next and there is no one you can talk with to complain about it! Frustrated!

This entire office is horrible with a bunch of crooks in the billing department that will charge you hundreds of dollars for nonexistent service as they call it "different levels of service". We brought sick children to Vasiliki Papadimitrio, fever, cough, everything, didn't do a thing, can't even write you a proper prescription without demanding. Your children will not get ANY help here but sure thing your wallet will be empty! Stay AWAY and find a real pediatrics office!

Pediatric associates in palm beach gardens is terrible When my daughter was sick , they told her to sleep more ‍ she was finally diagnosed with a mono weeks later by an OB GYN She came back to get a referral to see a specialist They refused to give her a referral Same thing with my son Every time we ask for a referral They don't understand , they keep calling And I have to start the whole story from the beginning We are switching dr in January Can't wait to go somewhere else

BEWARE! If you love your child seek healthcare elsewhere. The first phone call I had to wait 8 minutes after trying to call for 3 days. I spoke with Lovely who was not Lovely. She was rude, cold, and practically hung the phone up on me. We are being transferred over to this office & when I was referred to customer service, please take that name lightly, they truly do not care about you, your child or customer service. So far no more than 2 stars. We checking in and anybody call us to know at least how much was the copay. I decided to go to the window again and a guy with a terrible aptitude asked me to wait more. It was crowded but fortunately they have movies to distract the kids. Let's see what happens inside. I need a referral to take my daughter to The orthopedist I hope to get it on time. To start is not really good!!
