This place is exactly what's wrong with the US medical system. We came in for a rash. Waited over an hr to see the doctor. We saw him literally less than 10minutes, got a script and one vaccine. They billed my insurance $1000! The visit alone was billed at $500. He didn't even touch the child. This practice is a great example of what's wrong with our medical system. Don't go to here, you're just a cash cow for them.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. After a loyal customer for 7 years, this place has gone so downhill. Where to begin. 1) They were billing me and my insurance for cancelled visit. I had to call 4 times, speak with a doctor to get this corrected, and speak with my insurance company. 2) Billing me co-pays for annual well visit that should be of no charge. 3) I switched offices and the new pediatrician's office and specialists have to call me to tell me they are having a hard time getting my children's medical records from Pedia... read more

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars that's how bad it is. First off it's always dirty. Second we waited almost an hour to be called back then they sat me and my daughter in the back for what totaled up to be over an hour from the time I arrived for our 350 appt. I finally had enough and left, told them i was leaving as we have been here over an hour. They just said ok and went back to chatting with each other. No apology, no nothing. 5 star doctors, 1 star front desk. They're always, always running behind. Always AT LEAST a 1-hour wait, even if you make your appointment weeks in advance. Always a long line when you walk in. Fyi it's not a Covid thing, they were always the same way. If it wasn't so close to my house I wouldn't go to this place.

Terrible. We waited for over two hours! My Daughter had a 4:10pm apt for which we were on time. The desk said we had 6 people in front of us. I had my 87-year-old Father and my 16-year-old son waiting in the car. A half-hour later I asked how long? She would not tell me and kept saying "I really don't know." and "I cannot say" I said in your experience how long? She just repeated herself. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I answered all important questions that needed to be includeded in a situation due to covid and the representative who I spoke mentioned all she needed to help and speak with me with a sick child was a phone number as I had changed it and didnt have or remember the old phone number. WHY WOULD AN OLD PHONE NUMBER BE SO IMPORTANT DUE TO COVID TIMES AS THESE!!!!!!!!!

This place is impossible to get a hold of on the phone. 30 minute wait for an agent. If you save a place in line for call back. Agent calls back an hour later and immediately hangs up before you can answer the phone. Been trying to get a hold of this office all day with no luck. What a waste of time. Will be going to a pediatrician that actually cares about kids.

So multiple reviews year after year talks about the nice doctors, but the ridiculously long wait. This is just a sad disservice to the staff and of course a complete and utter disregard for the customers' time. The wait time is unreasonably long. It is just not right. Please address this matter. The smoking mirrors of calling you back to the treatment rooms to wait another 45 - 1hr is just unprofessional and wrong. Located in the Greens Shopping Center, Boca Pediatric Associates is purportedly been around for over 60 years. One of my neighbors recommended the practice to us, so when we needed an appointment it was the first place I looked. Making an appointment was a bit of a hassle. I had to do the new patient forms via the phone and it was time consuming and cumbersome. I also had trouble understanding the associate.
