Terrible terrible ..... wait time is ridiculous over an hour easily and it's dead in here .... how is this possible ..... screaming kids noisy ugh I just wanna have my kid seen ....
Horrible experience due to wait times. My appointment is at 11:10 it's 12:00 and I'm still in the lobby with two people ahead of me! Already looking to switch because it's ridiculous! And it's not a one time experience- every time I come I have to bank on being stuck here for 3 hours best case scenario! I only come here bc of one doctor but even that's not worth it!! Mind you when it comes to copays and financials they are on top of the game but not when it comes to patient service and wait times.
Doctor Laskas got my 7 month baby sicker than he originally was by putting her unwashed finger without gloves into my baby's mouth twice in two weeks causing my baby to be sick over a whole month with diarrhea and flu. I am beyond mad. My little one stick to me since he feel so bad and all I can do is hold him. Don't she know is is around all the sick kids? How hard is it to wash that hand right in the room? Reviewing the doctor vs. reviewing the business, unfortunately is not the same ... As a business, Pediatric Associates is absolutely horrible - waiting time is simply a suggestion, stuff attitude is far, far away from caring about your child, your schedule or anything else associated with your visit. Elemental politeness, simple matters of positive attitude, especially when talking to a child simply non-existent! We are very happy with the care of our daughters regular doctor. However, the office is run horribly. The phone either just rings or you are on hold for over thirty minutes. Our daughter had a rash and was prescribed an ointment. We finished the prescription and the rash persisted. We tried to get a refill. We are on our second day without the medication and no refill forthcoming. First, on hold for forty minutes. When someone answers, we are told to have the pharmacy call. Toddler came in for a sick visit and was completely mis-diagnosed by Dr. Cutler. Glad I went to another nurse and doctor at Boca Regional NICU for a 2nd opinion, which was also the correct diagnosis. While some doctors like Arreaza are great and nice, it will behoove any smart family to get a second opinion! The worst thing you can do for your child is give them the prescribed antibiotics when being mis-diagnosed.
Every time I go to this doctors office I have to wait 30+ minutes the last time I went I ended up canceling my appointment and going to another doctor because I waited over 45 minutes while everyone front of me went in.
NOT RECOMMENDABLE. My son went to get his shots and they didn't give us any certificate. When we go back and ask for it the nurse tells us to sit down close to the check out area. 2 minutes later another nurse hustles us to go to the outside waiting area, saying that it was a newborn waiting area, because my son coughed twice (he was not sick). The worst Dr's office I have ever been to.The Dr's I think are good but it's like going to a cattle station. They are over booking patients and always make you wait over one hour. You get treated like a number and shoved in a side room. I had an appointment at 9.30 and they were running over 1 hour late. It's impossible to run an hour late at 9.30 in the morning unless you are over booking. This is just about book as many pieces of cattle in the herd and make as much money as possable.
