I love bringing my children here they are treated very well!!! Love this office. Dr virdee is my childrens primary doctor but we love Marcela winter as well. They treat my kids with such respect and loving care that my kids are happy to go to the doctors office whenever we need to go!
The doctor is decent but has been doing it for so long that he is not as empathetic as I would like as a parent. Also, the wait time is ridiculous. When did waiting an hour and a half beyond the A pointman time become acceptable? In what other line of business with this ever be OK?
Always a joy when I come this office! Working with foster children is never easy but I can always depend on their location to be efficient and timely with all appointments and paperwork. The staff are always available and willing to assist me with whatever I need it and whenever! I highly recommend the Coconut Office, ANYDAY!!

Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! I normally go to Coral Springs location but my son is sick, and decided to bring him here since they had an earlier appt. I was seen by Dr. Trinh Nguyen and her assistant Katrina. Both made us feel welcome and were very helpful when trying to figure out what was wrong with my son. I had taken him previously to Coral Springs and voiced some concerns which I feel were overlooked but not here! We love Dr. DeLeo and saw him originally because he was in private practice, but he has now joined Pediatric Associates. While it is nice to have the option to see someone late or on a weekend, the other reviews are extremely accurate about the amount of time you wait to see someone. It usually isn't too long before we go to a room, but it is rare to get out of the office in less than an hour, and often it is much longer, even if you are one of the first appointments of the day. This place is wonderful! I've always got right in, and Dr. Maria Harnesch (sp) is amazing!!! Highly recommend this place to anyone who has children.

I would love to give this office more stars. But unfortunately when it comes to time and when your appointment is..... you're never seen on time. I've been coming to this office for 4 years and the waiting just keeps getting worse and worse. It doesn't matter if you're here early, you will still wait over and hour outside to then wait another hour inside to be seen by the Dr. I love the Dr that has been taking care of my two daughters, she's amazing. I love pediatric associates .They are always available when I need them . The staff are friendly and informative. Great location and if your ever out of the city you can book in any other location from Miami to palm beach .
