Don't get me wrong, the doctors are great here... Especially Dr. Harrison since my hubby has been seeing him since he was born, but the lack of communication skills from the staff and the fact that you don't get the option to see the first available doctor for a well visit is terrible! My son's doctor was seeing sick kid after sick kid and all their siblings who did not have an appointment. Not a happy patient at all! Waited in the treatment room with my 3 month old for 1 hour and 45 minutes just to see the doctor. Her excuse was she wasn't familiar with the EHR system. That's BS! What happen to training!?! When I asked one of the nurses how much longer and expressed how ridiculous it was, she said "I don't know what to tell you...". What happened to customer service nowadays! I made an appointment over the phone and was given Dr. Mohamud Verjee. I took my daughter to Pediatric Associates in Coconut Creek, this was the WORST experience I've ever had since I gave birth to her. Appt Time 4:10 we were seen At 6:00pm (2 hour WAIT). We had some blood work done only on by MY SUGGESTION ONLY and were told that she has high cholesterol.
