We saw Ilysa Howarth! Super sweet & gentle with our baby! I think I was in tear more than my child! Office was clean. Not a long wait. Since I am a 1st time mom I have a lot of questions. Since my baby is only a week old, I've called 3 times about a concern & each time a medical assistant got back to me in a timely manner with great advice! I live near 2 offices so it's convenient. Only negative is there were a lot of people there at the time & I felt rushed but other than that this is where I'm choosing to take my baby.

Let me start by saying I am new to pediatric associates. My kids pediatrician was independent for over 35 years, dr. James deleo, as a matter a fact he was my pediatrician when I was a kid growing up in coral springs. I wasnt to thrilled to hear he had sold the practice to pediatric associates and was going to be working for them. I was afraid of the corporated socialized medicine side especially for the kids. All the negative reviews are well deserved. They are rude and don't give accurate information. No sense of urgency with a not my problem service. I have been waiting for a doctor to look at a simple EKG I drop off from last week. I called and showed up physical and they keep sending me away. This is just one more bad review, no one is going to read, but I have nothing else better to do while I am waiting in the office for an unexpected amount of time.

Very disappointing customer service at Pediatric Associates Coconut Creek. The doctors may be good, but unfortunately the front-desk/customer service experience makes dealing with this office extremely frustrating. The staff can be unhelpful and dismissive when parents are simply trying to get answers or assistance for their children. Communication is poor, and it often feels like there is very little concern for the parent's time or situation. Currently sitting here an hour past my appointment with no word from anyone! I got up to leave about 20 minutes ago but they told me I was next and since I invested this much time I stayed. I'm am beyond frustrated and will not be back. How sad.

Major sexism and favoritism by the manager and staff here at this location. Today was my sons 6th month check up. I called ahead of time for my newborns 3 month check up to let them know that the father is abusive and illegally trying to prevent me from attending his appointments. Was treated terribly by staff today based off of lies from the abusive father, despite at our last appointment very clearly establishing that both me and the father will be attending appointments with the manager present in the room. If you're looking for a personal good quality care for your child I wouldn't say this is the place. They constantly have doctors leaving and coming so I've never been able to "keep" a doctor for more than a year. The type of care is very routine and almost like robotic. I will say I've pushed back on them with the amount of vaccines they push on your child. I'm not against vaccines I'm just not for doing like 6 at a time because I'm sorry but that's not okay. I'm very upset with the service of the staff of coconut creek pediatrics association. My son takes Methylphenidate for concentration and this is the second time that the doctor.DeLeo James gets the prescription wrong, first time he put capsules and this time he put tablet chewable, making the medication way more expensive and not affordable. When I call to change the prescription it takes forever and the delay affects my son's treatment and it's very upsetting

I have been going to pediatrics associates since I was a little girl and now I am 25 i have brought my newborn daughter to the coconut creek office and it is such a shame. I have been to the fort lauderdale north and south office , Coral Springs and lauderdale lakes and none of them are as slow as this office. I have been in and out in under an hour at each and every visit. but EVERY visit at the coconut creek office is longer than an hour. they expect me to keep my 2 month old baby unclothed in a blanket while I wait an hou... read more
