The doctors are fine but the billing department is impossible to communicate with, to contact, or to deal with in anyway I recommend you stay far far away!

They have one of medical assistant upfront she is nasty,I have my appointment at 10:am and I came in at 9:50 she told me to wait with an attitude and checked patients that was behind me.The Doctor is excellent that why I am still coming here with my baby.That lady Danw is Rude!

Probably the worst pediatrician in the south Florida area. They used to be caring and used to try to help sick children. Now they out source all calls to India or somewhere in Asia or the Middle East and they don't even try to help kids get seen. I called over 4 times to get an appointment and each time, they don't have an available appointment. Other locations are much more attentive. Coconut creek location does not do a great job on keeping you updated on the status of your appointment meaning... I had a 9:15AM appointment and did not get seen by a nurse until 10:20AM. Before that I asked around 9:35am if there was a back up with the schedule and was told I was up next. Finally got seen by a nurse at 10:20am and then by the pediatrician by 10:40am. Didn't walk out of the office until 11:05am! My child ended up having to miss a full day of school vs. an hour. It was very bad experience. We arrived with 2 babies on time. At first we waited in the lobby for 50 minutes, we were accepted only after we said that we had been waiting for a long time. After that, we waited for the nurse in the room for 15 minutes, then waited for the doctor for another 20 minutes and again waited 20 minutes for the nurse for vaccination. Our pediatrician is awesome. However, the office staff and administration are TERRIBLE. It's very dirty and messy in the waiting area and the front desk reps and their management are very rude. To top things off, they mandate masks but they won't even supply you with one. Their office staff don't even properly wear their masks so it's laughable that they mandate them but they can't even cover their noses. I work for an orthopedic surgeon and myself and my coworkers have made several attempts at contacting pediatric associates. I have used the save my spot in line and call me back feature and it has been nearly 72 hours and still have not gotten a return phone call. A patient went in and needed a referral from his primary care physician to be seen by a specialist. Pediatric Associates did not provide the referral to the patient and or fax it to the office so we were unable to see the patient when he came into our office 3 days... read more
Wait time is out of control. Every single time we waited over 2 hours on our appointment time!!

I'm giving two stars only because we love Dr. Harrison. But this place is absolutely horrible. I have never waited less than an hour in the waiting room then once you get called back to a room it's another 40-50 minutes. They have absolutely no consideration for your time. I don't understand how scheduling can be so difficult. I guess if they don't triple book they don't make money. And that's clearly all these crooks care about.
