Terrible experience!!! I have a 6year old and a 12month old. I went back to work full time and my husband was on vacation he was supposed to take my son to the doctor to get health record and vaccine history to provide to our daycare for our youngest. This type of stuff is on a mom's to do list but he was helping and it's not that hard. I've had the same experience someone else had here not great compared to normal doctor Alamo in sunrise who is excellent. She was unavailable so I went to this location closer to my house Dr Leo I think. He's the oldest there. Totally unempathetic. This guy needs to retire. There's no love in his work.
I had an appointment in the early morning. I got in 15 minutes before my appointment. Then I had to wait for 50 minutes to get in and see doctors. I always asked them when my turn would be. After waiting for 50 minutes, they finally called my child's name. I came to the small room, and kept waiting in 45 minutes. The nurse just checked up my kid really fast. The. Worst. Had a 3:30 appointment for a sick child. Called ahead to check if the dr was running on time, and was assured things were going smoothly. Did not see the doctor unitl FIVE PM. Yes, NINETY MINUTES being given lie after lie. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with us, and half of that was asking the same questions TWO DIFFERENT NURSES/TECHS had asked (did he have a fever, which the notes and thermometer both showed he did not). The wait time at this place is unbelievable. It usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour for us to see a doctor. We arrived here at 8:05 with an appointment set for 8:15 why the hell are we in a waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour! This is horrible. People don't have the time to sit around and wait a whole extra two hours to be seen. Kids get antsy and parents get aggravated. They should step it up. I am not happy.

The Dr.s are amazing. However the front office staff is so useless. I'm actually thinking of switching to anther practice all together. All my kids have been in this practice for now 15 yrs. my grandchildren now come here and the office staff is so unpleasant and unprofessional. They are rude. They don't even ry to help you. But make sure to tell you pay the company now. You come in salt to try and get seen right away because it is obviously a sick visit and we have been waiting now for over an hour. My opinion is... The staff was very friendly, But i saw a lot of unclean areas inside this this office. The bathroom had a foul order, the trash can was overloaded with paper towels and toilet tissue. The examine room was not so clean as well, and when the Medical asst. escorted us to the room she did not sanitize the padded tables before putting new paper. Yes the staff here is very nice but when you are waiting over a hour to be seen when you have an appointment, it no longer matters. I truly don't understand why Doctor's offices overbook. Dr cannot be in 4 rooms at once so don't book 4 people for the same dr and the same slot. It's unrealistic and bad customer service.
Don't worry about making an appointment because you'll be seen an hour later. Just walk in probably get seen faster.
