The doctors are great but man I hate the waiting. I don't understand why you make it a point to schedule an appointment, confirm an appointment if they don't even stick to them. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I arrived at 815 and it is 1014, and still nothing! I hate the wait! I would give the docs 5 stars but because I always wait this only gets one star for me.
I just remembered I can't stand this place!!! You go in with a 9:30 appointment and it take 1 hour and a half for the doctor to see your child. Plus you see people coming in after you and they, by miracle, go in to see the doctor ten minutes after they come in. Plus they never prescribe anything... My son has already been given over-the-counter medicine and then the doctor prescribes the same thing, just another brand. So frustrating!!! 2hrs wasted for NOTHING.
Went to pick up a referral at Pembroke Pines office, the referral that they gave me was a referral template not an actual referral. If they themselves don't know the difference between a template and an actual referral how would a common man like us who dont have any connections to the medical or insurance fields would know that its not a actual referral.
When your child is sick the most important thing for any parent is to make an appointment to see the child's doctor immediately. Unfortunately, the most important thing for Pediatric Associates is money, not your child's welfare. This morning I called urgently to make an appointment for my daughter. I used to love this place but last time I came they had a random doctor for just one day and that lady was horrible she grab my child like a dog no wait I believe dogs are treated nicer then what I experienced this place is great but they can't just put any doctors there without researching them this doctor was so rude and kept looking at her watch every second it was just a traumatic experience I don't know if I will ever return
one to none star to DR. Murillo. five stars to Dr. Rincon I am very pleased with Dr. Rincon services; she has deemonstrated to be a great, compasionate true professional. In contrast, Dr. Murillo has demonstrated to be the worst provider I have ever met. I am myself a health care provider, I question Dr. Murillos's credentials and for sure lack of charisma, and professionalism. What a shame to have people like Dr. Murillo working with people.
