i have been coming to this office for years all. I have never had an issue until now. I come here frequently for my children's doctors appointment. Our doctor, Dr.Lammont, is very professional and we love having her as our doctor. However, for today's appointment, it was horrible care from the nurse. Immediately from arrival she had a nasty attitude, no matter how polite I stayed. She kept sighing in annoyance in my daughters face after she was informed she didn't have a shirt under her hoodie, meaning she would have to take my daughters vitals in a private room with the hoodie off. I've never been treated so poorly by a pediatric office, especially when advocating for my child with autism. My son's referrals for speech, OT, and PT were sent multiple times, and I even received a message saying they were available. When I called to confirm, the staff, including a manager named Nancy, told me the referrals were still "pending" and that it could take up to 7-10 business days. Muy mala mi hijo tuvi problemas con su crecimiento y el Doctor Enrique Dieguez nunca se molesto ni en ver su tabla de crecimiento yo le tenia que decir lo que tenia que hacer. No tienen corazón ven los pacientes por Dinero.
this pediatric associates is NOT professional NOR friendly!!! they do not want to see my 3 years old daughter becuase my 7 months old has a balance for a visit 1 week after born... they never charged my insurance, they wanted to charge a 1 week old baby that didn't had insurance because she was only 1 week old and have no ssn to be able to have an insurance, for the mother insurance should have been charge, now because Paula and the others where negligent they don't want to see any of my babies!
This is the second time I have a bad customer service experience is disappointing and disgusting the doctors and nurses are nice and attentive but the front staff especially Angelica rude and nasty needs to learn how to speak to people has no type of respect is just disgusting the front desk always have an attitude and is very nasty especially when you're the face of you're office sad cause I live 8min away and I will never go back will never recommend this office to no one if I could I wouldn't even leave a star
Today my son had a scheduled appointment with his pcp, an appointment we have been waiting for a long time. Come to find out once there they wont see my son because apparently we have an outstanding balance for my other son's ENT appointment, i call the health insurance and they confirmed Pediatric Associates never billed them, called Pediatric Associates billing department and I have been waiting for someone to pick up the phone for over 20+ minutes. I took my son in for a HEARING test that we needed for a psycho ed evaluation. He started a normal checkup anyway- despite my telling him what we were there for- I stopped him before the genitals check because I didn't think he needed any of it much less a genitals check when all we needed was the hearing test. He asked my son if he had a sibling (he doesnt- our family has fertility issues and it's a sore subject for us.) He insisted he needed a sibling. Tienen muy mal trabajo , llegas a la hora de tu cita y te hacen esperar 1 h sentada después , entras y son 1 h esperando q te atiendan te dejan en un cuarto esperando y no hay limpieza , y muy mal trato la verdad no lo recomiendo
