I have been taking my oldest daughter here for 7yrs but lately since my 2nd daughter was born the place really sucks nobody seems to know what the hell is going on or what to do it's like it doesn't matter because they are just there to collect a paycheck,my daughter was supposed to go in for a follow up check up and my wife called to check what time the appointment was for and the answer was we don't have an appointment for her after I call the office manager and explain my frustration to her about how every time I come her... read more

Had an appointment for 9:20 it is 10:25 and no one has called for the drs. I am a little annoyed and the kids are crying. Why make an appointment if they do not honor the time.

This is the WORST office I have been to, I have been to other Pediatric associates office and the service and wait time have been reasonable. The Miami lakes office is the worst my appointment was for 7:45am was called, after complaining and asking to speak to a supervisor, at 9:40 am, now I had a 4 day old with me. An advice I give all the moms out there, DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS OFFICE!!!! They have no respect for appointments of the welfare of our children.

By no means do we want to keep any of our patients waiting. Our goal is to have our patient in and out of the office within 70 minutes. While I love Dr. Dieguez, for being patient, friendly and always so kind to us. Amanda, one of the nurses is amazing! What kills me about Pediatric Associates (and we've been going for over a year), is their wait times. 90 minutes, two hours, three hours...it's ridiculous! I would understand if it were an occurrence that happens once over an emergency, but every SINGLE time we'e gone, it is this never ending wait. Although I really like my kids Pediatrician and I've never had an issue with the support staff the wait time is always ridiculous! I loathe bringing my kids to the Dr. just because of the dreaded wait time. They really need to improve this BIG TIME!

I took my kids here for an initial meeting to transfer my children's medical records here since we had just moved to Miami Lakes from Central Florida. We made an appointment and arrived 15 mins early to an overly pack waiting room. The office ladies mainly spoke Spanish and were nice enough. I was given the paperwork to fill out for my children while I waited. It was TWO AND A HALF HOURS of waiting before being called in!! Horrible wait time! Appointment was at 2:20pm. It's 3:30 I'm still waiting! Now an assistant came in asking me for my info before doctor comes in. I hate this! This is exactly why I didn't wanna come to this location. This never happened in the Doral location.
Pediatric Associates is where I always take my kids. Unfortunately my last appointment was a nightmare. We waited over 3 hours for Dr. Malika Oglesby to see my daughter. When she finally came to see us was in room no more than 5 minutes. RIDICULOUS!
Find a pediatrician that will not speak Spanish to their co workers about you while your standing there. This place is the worst every time you come you will see a different doctor it's just a rush to get you in and sit you in the back to wait years to be seen. As soon as you complain they start speaking Spanish. Oh friendly reminder this office is made up of 95% Spanish staff NOT GOOD
