If I could give It ZERO stars I would've! This place is probably the worst place you could bring your kids to. And I've been to the Miami Beach one for my daughters first year of life and then this one for the second year. Both terrible. They couldn't care less about your child or their needs. Had me calling for over a month to get an OT referral! This place is always packed. I don't understand why they schedule so many at a time and make you wait. And now with COVID Social Distancing guidelines it's worse. The whole NOT WELL waiting area was FULL to its "new normal limit". So they told me I had to wait outside while the WELL side was completely EMPTY. I am like my children are not sick why can't we sit in the WELL side EMPTY? She responded with "None is sitting there for now". Ridiculous! I hate this place. Changing A.S.A.P! Parents: Note that even if your child is bleeding and in extreme pain they will not be seen without a prearranged appointment even in an essentially empty room at 8am. No triaging done here. Heartless corporate bastards.

Sadly, This place has gone downhill!!! My daughters have been patients since 2005 and I had no complaints until today. I've noticed a big change the last few times. Things like way longer wait times, a revolving door of doctors, unavailability of their primary doctor, & appointment times. But I didn't let that change my mind about pediatric associates until last week when One of my daughters was sick and. Called and asked for the very 1st appointment after doctors return from lunch. Waited in waiting room for 15-20 minutes before being called back into a room. Then another hour and 15 minutes before left. I had to go out of the room myself and locate the nurse to ask where the doctor was and she said waved me off and said we were next, waited another 10 mins before just leaving. Appointment at 2:50 called in 2:55 have been standing in this hallway for 30 minutes.... why move us out the Lobby to stand in the hallway for more than 30 minutes!!!!!! Unacceptable PA!

Horrible this is the most disrespectful staff with patients I've ever seen and their wait time is more then an hour waiting to have your sick child seen. Won't be coming here any more, first and last time. Guys check the reviews before taking your child to a facility.

There are a few things you need to consider before choosing them as the main facility to handle your little ones. You have to wait, and wait and wait, even when you make an appointment, they don't honor your appointment. Meaning, if you make an appointment for 11am, you get there at 10:45am, the doctor will see you at around noon. Regardless of your appointment, they overbook appointments to make more money, not taking into consideration that parents take time off from work to make the these appointments. I have been using Pediatric Associates since the day my son was born over 8 years ago. His doctor is really great and she is worth the wait (because you will sit there and wait for a ridiculous amount of time). Over time this place has become a nightmare to deal with. There is no compassion & no customer service values here. Administratively speaking, they are a hot mess. I've received better treatment & faster service at the DMV.
