la verdad siempre e traído a mi hijo aquí nunca avía tenido problemas pero hoy lo e traído para que le atiendan u problema en una mano y desde las 3:20 estoy esperando y si no es que pregunto a una muchacha del frente uviera perdido la cita porque la otra que me atendió cuando llegue no fue capas de realizar su trabajo bien y no avía puesto al niño en el sistema para que lo atendieran que pena que tengan personas asi trabajando en un clinica y más de niños la verdad estoy muy disilucionada con lo vivido y aún asi todavía no ... read more

The clinical team at this location is great. Unfortunately, the administrative team is lacking. I scheduled a virtual visit for my three year old, that came home from school with pink eye. The provider prescribed him antibiotic drops and sent the prescription to our local CVS; which did not have the drops in stock. I called Pediatric Associates to have the script sent to another pharmacy, and after three calls the script has yet to be sent to the other pharmacy, complete incompetence and lack of empathy. Took my son with a pain vomiting and diarreah the doctor did a covit text came negative she told me dont come here he will get more sick. Also she put on the papers she did an xray and thats a lied. today i went to moint sinai and my son is having surgery because the pain, ignorant doctor was a appendicitis.

Worse customer service ever. Why would you make an appointment for early if they are going to take an hour to move you to a room? yet, it is a problem if you arrive late. they do not care if you have to go to work too.

Horrible service, it' takes them more than 8 hours to return a call. Impossible to speak to a physician or NP on the phone. They only want you to walk into the office to charge for visit. I had to take my daughter to the emergency department to obtain a prescription for a medication for nausea because the doctor never called. They only care about money, they will not help when you really need theM the most.

Staff in the front is good and made process easy. back staff is TERRIBLE! Young adults working at this location and in the back eating and playing while patients are waiting ti be seen in the rooms. Poor management of staff.

I normally don't take the time to write bad reviews. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this office is horrible. I've only seen one doctor at this facility and he is great, Dr. Dieguez. However, as good as he is, it doesn't outweigh the incompetency of the office administration. Both times that we have visited the office, we have had a scheduling issue and have had to wait in the waiting room for over 2 hours. Outrageous! Drs at this location are great but location is mismanaged and wait times are unacceptable. As much as we love the Drs, overbooking results in a terrible experience overall.

I went there today for my son immunization record, they said they r not able to give me because my son didn't see doctor long time?So what can I do,my son autistic and he's 16 years old now and not need any vaccine. They r forced to me to take appointments before giving me immunization record, shame on them.
