If I could give this place a zero I would! I don't remember the name of the nurse that made this experience the worst . But it was a black lady with a blonde buzz cut . Learn some respect .

Children are numbers , not names . Never seen same doctor twice for 6 years of bringing grandson . Staff rude , appointments are unheard off -ie: 10:00am appointment , still waiting at 11:30 . Love when you call , on hold for hour.

This is absolutely the most horrendous medical practice I have encountered and verging on malpractice. I need my daughter's medication (which she has been on for years) renewed and the pediatrician required a well visit. The visit was scheduled for about 2 weeks ago and dropped by the pediatrician. This morning I RESCHEDULED the visit and when I arrived at 8:30 the person checking in, Jennifer, said the doctor was out for the day and all her appointments were canceled. I took my daughter to get her 4 month vaccinations at pediatric associates plantation after being assured that they had protocols in place to prevent the spread of Covid (temperature checks, waiting in the car before room ready, one parent per child and social distancing). To my surprise and disappointment, there was no temperature checks, they had at least 5 families waiting in the waiting room (3 with 2 parents) and to top it off they insisted on having everyone complete general information on an iPad. Let me start by saying that my daughter is 9 years old. She has been going to Pediatric Associates since she was born and it's always been an unpleasant experience with the rude office staff. But what happened to me on Saturday takes the cake. I called to make an appointment with her doctor in a panic Saturday morning because she had a rash that looked like chicken pox all over her. They totally misdiagnosed my son's Pneumonia and sent us home with a 102.7 fever saying he should fight it off on his own with tylenol and motrin. We went home but it did not take long for the fever to go up to 104.00 and we took a ride to children's hospital where he was properly diagnosed, and given proper medicine. Pediatric associates did not even do any tests on the child with a fever like that. This is a disgrace to what current world has come to. Have been coming her for seven years but will be looking for something better. Was scheduled a 1015a appointment yet wasn't called back until 1119a. The medical assistant for Dr Garter was rude and abrupt at best. She asked no questions as to why we were here, just took vitals and placed us in a dirty room. My understanding is it should be cleaned between patients but this room hasn't been cleaned in weeks, if not months. This review is visiting this place (Pediatric location plantation) after 3 times: 1) 12 month visit (may 30) : Staff was 30 mins late. Seen Dana Lister who was not interested in listening us. According to her everything is natural and is ok. Dumped her next time. 2) Blood work visit (june 14): Staff was 25 mins late and the intial nurse had no clue what tests need to be done.They have patient records and history boast about it. After going there for several years I once again need school records for my son and they charge me for them and when I tell them why am I going to be charged because I've never paid for them before she States that her notes say parent is aware of charge. It's nice to know that they lie on the notes they write in the computer and that they charge you for your own child's records. They tell me if I would've got it at the time he had his physical it wouldn't cost anything well you should given it to me at time.
