The staff is great very nice but that's about it. They are slow even for a new born. My doctor keeps saying there's nothing wrong with my baby even though she's projectile vomiting every five minutes... She doesn't have gerts and she doesn't need any medication... Um. I just took a picture of my baby and saw yellow in her pupil. They said if you have medical questions call... Well I can't it rings twice and that's it.. If I could give zero stars I would. Waited well over an hour for a scheduled appointment for my daughter. The staff didn't care about the time I had been waiting. I ultimately ended up walking out and again the staff could have give 2 sh$@". Time to find a place that actually cares about their patients.

I always loved this place, but today some Doctor that never seeing before a polish last name. She was what I never but never seen before. She made fun of my daughter's celiac disease. She said that she does not see the fluctuation of her weight.. And laughed! I was so much in horror that I just reply, she sees a specialist that controls it, here is only for physicals. She continue laughing. I never seeing a Doctor actually laughed at your physical difficulties. Stay away from this women if there is a chronic disease.

I would NOT TRUST these doctors with my dogs. You are better off going next door to the vet clinic. Than trusting these people with your child. My child had pneumonia for months per hospital ER doctors and these people did nothing but try to hide there negligence. They did not care at all in caring for my child who was barely 2 yrs old.. You have been warned. Find a pediatric office with can give your child the appropriate care. This place has too many doctors too much going on and you child is just a number. If you ever have a sick kid, don't expect pediatrics associates to care about. My kid woke up with a lot of pain in his ear and throat and no fever. I took him to PA on Broward and they did not want to attend him because, and I quote "he did not have a previous appointment". I called to their main office and they only offered me an after hours appointment 40 miles away from my house. So, unless you teach your kids to start telling you with at least 24 hours advance notice that they will be sick, then your best option is t... read more

This is the only place I've ever been to in my life where they give you an appointment time and make you sit in the waiting room more than an hour past it. Without fail, every time I've gone to the office I've waited over an hour past my scheduled time. Not only that but the person who signs in just in front of me always seems to get called in 40 minuets before me, with tons of others being called in between. This plantation office is the worst doctor office I have taken my son to . The waiting time is ridiculous and the staff seem to be lost, beside the doctor nobody else knows what's going there. After 2.5 hours there I walked out of the office with out instructions or referral, after waiting for 30 minutes I asked for the referral and the nurse told me the coordinator wasn't there to take care of it at the moment, couldn't somebody told me that and don't make me wait with a impatient little kid there? If I was rating just Dr. Garter I would give him personally 4 stars, however this review is about the office in general. Three years ago when we started coming to see Dr. Garter when my son was born everything was fine and they seemed to get us in pretty quickly, which was nice since its not easy with a newborn. Over the last 5 appointments with my son and my daughter you will have to wait in the waiting room for at LEAST an hour and up to three hours!! Have been going here since birth with my daughter. I have to say it has been good up until now, it went from great to awful over last 9months. After 4 months you can't get early appointments, which was a downer. We moved to pompano beach 4 months ago but still wished to see dr santos, I really like her, she's thorough and pleasant.
