Ever had a mechanic try to hustle you out of money with extra unnecessary upkeep or maintenance? Thats what Pediatrics Associates treat your kid like. A car. Especially when they know you have Health Insurance. They will advise unnecessary surgeries, medications, pumps, etc... I had to update my review to a 1 Star and if I could give 0 I would. I'm tired of having to wait over an hour for a regular check up. There's a reason why I make word ahead of time, I can understand a 20-30 min wait but an hour of waiting on the waiting room to later be called in and wait inside some more it's unacceptable. I love Lisa service which is my daughters PCP, however one of the things I dislike very much about this place is their nurses. I cannot understand why do they have to be so rough to babies. Physicians: Service and level of caring Totally depends on which physician you see. A few physicians there are great and do seem to care about the patients and take time to explain everything. Front desk/customer service: Abysmal. Staff seem like robots and have no ability to adjust - adapt - answer any questions other than the usual ones. Recently moved from Louisiana about a month ago. Haven't had time to research for good PCP. OH; btw This will be the first review I EVER. Don't mess with my daughters health. First I have to say i make 25 more to have my daughter qualify for Medicaid ! & I pay a lot for medical insurance. About 500monthly for me and my daughter. This is not fair. Though the doctor's were good. The staff's motive is very unethical. They have converted my son's wellness visit which was booked 5 months back as the sick visit. They will not respond to my complaint. They had given the wrong information and convert my son's wellness visit as the sick visit. They are unethical carving for money.

My daughter is a patient of the office and a student at the daycare behind the office. Although we had a pleasant experience a month ago, we will not be returning. I encountered one of their employee this morning while dropping off my daughter at the daycare. While turning into the plaza where the daycare is at, a Toyota Solaris in the left lane makes a sharp right turn in front of me causing me to slam on my break. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars. The doctors are great, but the office is retarded. Twice now, they have screwed up and not gotten information right with the insurance. Last time, I gave up and just paid their extortion. Today, they had another snafu, sent me to collections, even though they were actually conference called last year over this issue, and the insurance company told them to resubmit and get paid, and they want to turn me back again. Very busy, over scheduled and unorganized. I arrived on time for a 10:00am appointment and there was a line to the door just to check in (which took 10 minutes). I then waited 45 minutes just for a blood draw and vaccine (no doctor visit), BUT only after I went to the reception to ask why I was waiting so long. Apparently I had to remind them we were there.
