RecommendedJust had a new entry door system installed this morning. Jim was our installer and he did a fantastic job. He removed and subsequently replaced all of our interior trim almost like an artisan. Door system looks great. Well done and thank you. Definitely a five star rating!

RecommendedI am pleased with all four windows I ordered from Pella. They look great and work well. However, one of the windows developed a hair-line crack in the windowsill. The response from Pella when I called the office about engaging the warranty was professional, prompt, and competent. They asked for pictures of the problem, found my order in their computer and within two workdays assigned someone to replace the window and solve the problem at no cost.
