I had a problem with a sliding glass door. I couldn’t get a service appointment until 5 days out,thank you for Jenny, who found an opening the same day I called. Mike B came and fixed everything for me. I thank them both very much for getting it done in a timely manner.
Delivery of our new patio door was great. Al and his assistant were very courteous. 5 star service!
The repairs to my Pella windows were performed quickly and courteously with excellent workmanship. I was especially happy with Juan B., the workman who carried out the service.

This is our second Pella window install. We did one 3 season room in 2023 and were so pleased we did the rest of the house in Dec 2024. We had a prior house with Renewal By Andersen and we really liked those, but we definitely prefer Pella after having both. Windows are only as good as their install, so we made sure to get the same team from 2023. I cannot say enough good things about John Bren and his crew (Brian Prazak, Jim Houle, and James Bixby). We were having some problems with some very old Pella windows. When I called to get an appointment for someone to come here and fix them it was suggested that we have a tech help us do It by phone. We had Sean as our tech and he was great. We got our problems solved at no cost. He was very knowledgeable and yet explained everything in a way we could understand. We were impressed with Sean and also with the people we dealt with by text messages. This is a wonderful company to deal with.
Great windows and excellent getting repair parts! My windows were made in 2005 and I was still able to get parts for them . I just had a picture of the window tag on the bottom left hand corner and Jenifer ( think that was her name) looked up my window and gave me the correct parts at the store in Brooklyn Center! I gave her my CC and I was on my way! Fantastic!! Thanks
