RecommendedHad a problem with open and closing a 1979 vintage casement window with a crank. I made a call to Pella and received a call from Shawn a Pella tech. He helped me solve the problem by being a great teacher giving me step by step directions on how to figure out the problem. He was very patient during the process. Best customer service ever!!! 10+++++
