RecommendedMatt Installed a new patio door and did a superb job. He is pleasant and polite. Showed me the workings of the new door which glides so easily now. I live in a townhome and I offered to have him walk through the house to carry things in and out to his truck but he did not want to get the house dirty so he walked outside around two units to get to my back patio door. Very respectful of my home and also friendly with the cat and dog who were checking out what he was doing

RecommendedJust had a new entry door system installed this morning. Jim was our installer and he did a fantastic job. He removed and subsequently replaced all of our interior trim almost like an artisan. Door system looks great. Well done and thank you. Definitely a five star rating!

He was very good at educating us about our motorized blinds, walking us through the fix to our issue, giving us more options for personal customization and even reminded us to change the batteries on our remotes!! RecommendedI am pleased with all four windows I ordered from Pella. They look great and work well. However, one of the windows developed a hair-line crack in the windowsill. The response from Pella when I called the office about engaging the warranty was professional, prompt, and competent. They asked for pictures of the problem, found my order in their computer and within two workdays assigned someone to replace the window and solve the problem at no cost.
