RecommendedWe were having some problems with some very old Pella windows. When I called to get an appointment for someone to come here and fix them it was suggested that we have a tech help us do It by phone. We had Sean as our tech and he was great. We got our problems solved at no cost. He was very knowledgeable and yet explained everything in a way we could understand. We were impressed with Sean and also with the people we dealt with by text messages. This is a wonderful company to deal with.
Great windows and excellent getting repair parts! My windows were made in 2005 and I was still able to get parts for them . I just had a picture of the window tag on the bottom left hand corner and Jenifer ( think that was her name) looked up my window and gave me the correct parts at the store in Brooklyn Center! I gave her my CC and I was on my way! Fantastic!! Thanks
Great windows and Matt Johnson did great job installing them.
One of our casement windows had cracked. Mike B. and Ayden replaced it, no problems. Had the job complete in 15 minutes. They answered our questions about what to do with window coverings during the coldest winter days. Very happy with the work.
Pella installed our windows in Long Lake, MN and came out a few times to adjust and fix a few that weren't aligned. Luis came out first, then Enver - both did a FABULOUS job! So happy with their professionalism, expertise, tidiness and promptness. Both were exceptional at their work! Thank you Pella for standing behind your product and employing, supporting great techs in the field!
Brandon & Josiah were pros. They were professional, courteous, communicative, and things went very smoothly!
Ashton and Matt came out to service my oversized Pella sliding glass doors with blinds inserted in between the glass. They were so helpful in giving me tips and tricks on how to do that myself in the future and many other valuable insights, I would highly recommend their service team.
Shawn worked to resolve a significant issue with the operation of our 11 Pella windows. He remained dedicated and determined through 4 long months of working with engineers to solve this problem, and we couldn't be happier with the results (and with Pella being willing to provide replacement parts)! Shawn is awesome, and we highly recommend working with him. He provides outstanding customer service!!
