Recommendedit was a very smooth process
I had the opportunity to have my second round of windows installed today after a first round installation on Nov ‘21. This was a two-day install project. Jesse and Sean alerted me ahead of time of their plans of arrival so I was prepared. They offered to help me move my furniture, provided constant checkins of where they were at, and clearly communicated how much time they’d think they would need both days. We have a new home. Patrick came to replace the window. Upon our request, he also fixed the track on our sliding doors, repaired the locks, and adjusted 2 windows so they stay up. We highly recommend Patrick. Thank you.

We love our Pella patio door! The blinds are between the glass panes and it has a retractable screen! Pella rocks! When you read reviews about other brands with the inclosed blinds, the comments are negative because the glass has to be removed if blinds need to be fixed. NOT so with Pella! They are 3 paned and one can be taken out and put back. So worth the extra $$
The guys were fantastic! Prompt and very professional! The windows look fantastic!

Chase and Holt where the 2 installers from Pella windows. They were prompt and on time at 7:30 am. Right out of the gate they were polite and professional. Describe to me what they were going to do for the day. Then I asked if I could see the product prior to them getting started to make sure it was what we ordered. They promptly got stuff unloaded from the truck and was able to show me the replacement picture window. Everything was as expected. Chase and Holt seemed to work very well as a team.
