Enver Gashi assisted us with installing all new windows, including a bay window on the upper level of our home, 9 total. Every interaction with Enver was extremely professional, he gave concise information and walked me through the process step by step. Enver was also extremely talented in window instillation. He was quick yet extremely precise in installing our windows. I have never had such a wonderful customer service experience and highly recommend Pella windows, especially Enver Gashi

Corey and his team were top notch professionals from start to finish. Covered furniture that was appropriate. Cleaned up and put things back in their original place when they were done. Had me inspect everything to make sure it was to my satisfaction. It was a large heavy long window off a second story roofline. I would hire he and his team Again in a heartbeat. I had two large picture windows replaced and a kitchen window rebuilt. One of the picture windows I replaced with a Bay window. John E was my sales rep and I was very impressed how he took that extra time with me in ordering the perfect replacements.
