Although we do not have our windows and doors in yet,. We have been very happy with the service. Hunter came out on a Saturday afternoon listen to what we wanted to do, gave suggestions, and then sat down with us and went through it all. Pricing, time frame, detail of the work to be done. The best part Hunter never made us feel it was about a "sale". We explained although the home was ours we where finishing with probate and needed to wait until everything settled. We like the front door that we selected and we liked working with Jon Prybilla, the Pella Sales Rep in finding the right door and getting our questions answered. We also liked the heads-up telephone calls by Pella Office Staff in setting up the Installation and found Mike Grady, the Installer, to be fast, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. A Grade A experience all around!

I met Erik at the MN Home & Garden show, he was so amazing to work with. I live in a townhome development so he had to do a lot of work with my HOA!! After 4 months and multiple meetings we succeeded in being granted an installation of a slider door. Erik put so much extra time and work into getting this door for me I cannot day enough thank yous! I love my new door so much and am grateful to Erik for all the months of work.
Had two badly fogged and decaying framed original windows replaced, after 26 years in my home. Pella installer had to structurally rebuild window support system due to poor water shed system. The laundry room slider has easy glide movement and secure window locking system. The second window was an upper story bathroom crank-out, both quality windows for less then I expected. Courteous service and great job cleaning up installation materials and old window. Planning to have two more windows completed this fall 2018.
It's a good place to work at friendly staff and coworkers.
