Our window installers, Luis and Chase, did a great job putting in our three new Lifestyle Series windows, replacing our old (1965) original Andersen casement windows. Two of the windows were in bathrooms and were partially or completely surrounded by tile that we couldn’t replace if broken. They did a perfect job of getting those windows out without breaking one single tile. We just had a Pella patio door installed and it is BEAUTIFUL! Pete and Mike did a great job putting it in. They were very skilled and professional yet fun to work with! Every contact we had with a Pella employee was friendly, courteous, kind and very knowledgeable. I could typically have been nervous about this huge undertaking but I never was. Beautiful windows and workmanship. The installers were efficient, thorough and respectful of our home. Luis P came back to do some finishing work and he was prompt, organized and skillful. He completed his work without delay and his attention to detail was evident. We would definitely recommend Pella to our friends. We love our new windows!
