RecommendedWe love our Pella patio door! The blinds are between the glass panes and it has a retractable screen! Pella rocks! When you read reviews about other brands with the inclosed blinds, the comments are negative because the glass has to be removed if blinds need to be fixed. NOT so with Pella! They are 3 paned and one can be taken out and put back. So worth the extra $$

RecommendedChase and Holt where the 2 installers from Pella windows. They were prompt and on time at 7:30 am. Right out of the gate they were polite and professional. Describe to me what they were going to do for the day. Then I asked if I could see the product prior to them getting started to make sure it was what we ordered.
