The graveyard shift was so loud that it prevented my father to have a restful night sleep. Facility is old and not updated. The room, my father stayed in, did not have a bathroom or a sink. The bathroom in the hallway was cluttered and did not have enough space for my father to do a routine that the occupational therapist wanted him to try. On a positive note, the custodians clean the floor daily and the facility seems to be clean overall.

Thank you to ALL the staff, physical therapists and Occupational therapists!!! Nancy Johnny Diane were very helpful and kind. I've been to many rehab facilities in the Bay Area and this place is clean and rooms are not crowded. I would highly recommend this place in the future. Thank you, Bae

I'm an in training CNA and this is where we did our clinical training. I love this facility because it allowed me to be hands on with clients and the staff is very professional and knowledgable. They were able to get me comfortable working with different people and everyone was really nice.

Let me start off my by saying that it is difficult to find a good skilled nursing facility in general. We looked at another facility and that was horrid. This facility has a gym and doesn't have that yucky senior facility smell. Unfortunately, it seems most places that were awesome pre Covid are now just mediocre post Covid. Most of the staff was nice, but as with most places you need to be able to advocate for yourself or you will be ignored for the most part. I finished my clinical at this facility and had an amazing time! The staff was helpful and very attentive. You can tell that the staff truly cares for their patients.

I went here for my clinical training and the staff was all amazing and friendly. The patients were overall nice with a few bumps here and there but this facility is really nice and tries it's best to keep their patients happy!
