I highly recommend this Facility if you're loved ones needs a total care Facility is clean and organized and the Social Worker Ms Charesa and her CM ms Vanessa are always there to help and listen to your needs Easy to work with and dependable Thanks girls for making my job smooth You provide me all what I needed before you discharge the patients thats why we never had problems and no delays of start of care Really appreciate it Thanks again Keep up a good work! First things first - the staff! Charissa and Vanessa are helpful and pleasant to work with, you can tell that patients come first here. We got to meet Shane (the administrator) when we had a challenge with insurance and wow do they have your back! I recommend to all my friends and family - if your loved ones need skilled rehab - get them into Peninsula Post Acute. They have your back.

I was looking for a rehabilitation facility to place my grandfather after he sustained a recent fall end of March. He is currently home but was recommended to do rehabilitation at a skilled nursing facility and came across this facility on Yelp. Due to covid and limited visitation, they offered a virtual tour. The admissions coordinator toured throughout the entire facility - hallways, rehab room, patio, showed an example of how each room would look, etc. The facility was clean. We had an amazing experience at Peninsula Post Acute. The first day we arrived with my sick mother, the Administrator was there to greet us. They made us feel warm and welcome with all of the Covid going on, showing us to moms window and bringing us a chair to use when we visit with her. I was able to call anytime day or night to check in on her, which made the communication clear and great!! The staff is friendly and warm and always there to help! 5/5 I was asked to write a review for Peninsula Post-Acute soon after being discharged on 6/19/2020. I spent a week in their facility, post leg surgery, for rehab. While I was happy to leave a review at the time, I needed distance to process my injury, surgery, and rehab experience, in order to give an honest review. My grandpa was there a couple weeks ago and the social services team helped me so much! The staff was so warm and welcoming to my family and I. Very happy with them!

I'd like to express our sincere gratitude to both Charissa & Vanessa from the social services department who patiently guided us through the admission and discharge process. My brother was admitted to stay for several days and we were super impressed by the professionalism and assistance rendered.

My mother spent a whole month is this convalescent facility and for the most part was treated quite well. The only issue was that sometimes when she needed assistance or getting some medication it took about 30 minutes before help would arrive. Other than that the place was clean and many of the orderlies were friendly.
