Very professional & helpful. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner & the information given to me was accurate.
In the beginning I was very unsure about refinancing. I was scared and I did not understand really what it meant to refinance, but after talking to my agent and having a few questions answered I am please to say I have refinanced my home and I am happy.
Great customer service
We only needed to communicate with Nancy a handful of times, but she was always prompt, understanding, and helped us navigate the challenges of refinancing. A few steps did not go as initially planned (at no fault of anyone in particular) but she was extremely patient and always communicated with us when she scheduled. Everyone at PennyMac was great!
The process was just as or easier than going through a local loan provider.
