Better communication.
Penny Mac stayed professional even when things did not add up they stopped everything went back to were thing turned confusing and straightened it out then picked it back up were we left off and if one person could not explain it right they had other team members to help out to get it all understood for all parties.
Yester Gazdjian was great to work with. She answered all my questions timely and clearly. I was never asked for documents more than once and the process was smooth. Thank you, Yester!
The whole team with Penny Mac was on top of it. They communicated regularly. I appreciated that I didn't feel like I had to call them for updates. They were proactive in everything.

I would like you to thank Andrew Starley who made the process of closing on my loan pleasant. If I had a problem or question he was always available. He helped me even when he really was not supposed to. His knowledge and helpfulness' kept me calm during my loan process. I contacted my loan Officer Teresa Saugden several times and never received calls back. I sent emails and the emails I received back were pre generated emails and never answered my questions. Promise made about down payment where not kept. Follow up was horrible. Only reason I took the loan was because I was afraid the interest rates would rise.
