The experience I had in dealing with Service Link is the only part of the process that was a nightmare. The rest and all dealings directly with PennyMac was excellent!

Communication and expectations clear throughout the process.
This was the fastest loan process that I had ever been a part of, or involved in. And I’ve done mortgages in the past myself. I went through the application process on Friday before Presidents’ Day weekend and they were already reaching out to me by Wednesday the following week to schedule closing. I actually had to pump the brakes a minute because I was trying to get an updated insurance quote from my insurance agent. I couldn’t believe how fast the whole process went. 5 ⭐️
Having call backs on a timely matter when messages were left with our questions and concerns. It was a stressful experience compare to the great experience I had when I first bought the house back in 2012.
