I usually do not give bad feedback. I was very disappointed with both Josh and Veronica. I called more than 15 times and sent multiple emails to get update on the loan and closing dates. None of them responded to me, builder, and title company for final CD. The closing was pushed two times and builder charged $1,500 as the fee for not closing the loan in February as planned.
