Great experience!
Good customer service
Keep information and already requested documents straight so that I’m not getting asked for the same documents multiple times
The loan officer was largely unavailable, did not explain the process or tell me how it all worked, lost documents, provided inaccurate documents, failed to set up a closing date (we closed months later). It was a terrible experience and I was shocked at the lack of quality customer service from such a large organization.
Justin made it great! He made the experience very understandable and easy
Overall, the entire process was great.

The process was easy and we closed sooner than expected!
Unclear communication from the initial application to closing. I wasn’t all that concerned for a refinancing, but this would have been frustrating for an initial mortgage.
