In defense of Sara, Michael Araiza was not communicating with her as accurately as he should have. I would email them both and not get a return call, email or response for days. My cash to close changed at least 4 times. They changes were NEVER disclosed to me until I saw the change on the doc myself and had to ask what the heck happened and each time the amount got higher and higher. What a scam. Ray contacted me about refinancing. After spending over an hour doing the paperwork and getting things lined out. I was told, No on the refinancing. Then was called back and told Yes but I needed to answer within an hour. I called back and said I would not do it in such a small time window.
