Anfernee was great, it was just stressful to get the correct numbers finalized that the initial contact had quoted.
Loan did not close due to new building not being finished.
Kelvey was most helpful during the entire process.
Communication
The only negative I have is related to the property evaluation. At one point, I was told PennyMac could not find an appraiser who could do the eval and get the report in timely. Being the largest mortgage outfit in the country, that was very tough to buy. Cindy was very insistent that the closing date would have to be move back quite a bit. The prosses was very easy and fast communication was always professional and clear on expectations one and any concern was switching many persons at the time of asking for documentation and closing
It was not Devon's fault for delays. It was paperwork not completed by previous closing attorney
Danyell Gilbert did not read my emails and the note in my profile. She told me vis voice mail that the next step would be for Penny Mac tram to check my credit score and that was way after the rate was locked. Everyone knows that the credit score has to be checked if the rate is locked. I sent her 3 emails with the pictures showing the deck was fixed.
