Sara helped close out the detail for our final signatures and approval. Our initial experience with a separate individual at the start was a bit confusing and delayed as we were concerned about not getting our rate locked but ultimately Sara came thru and we are very pleased with the final terms of our new 30 year mortgage.

We had issues with incorrect names on documents from the initial application process. This information was never corrected fully throughout the process. Andrea seemed to do her best in getting the correct information put onto the documents but was unsuccessful. I am not sure if that stemmed from outside forces she was unable control.

I had a service question in which I wanted to be able to see a previous loan on my home page along with my new loan. That has still not happened, though I was assured it would appear next day at latest.
