The whole process was very easy and seamless!!! Great company and staff taking care of me and all my needs!
I don’t know who likes dealing with stuff like this, but the whole process was really easy and painless.. if it comes time to do this again, I would stay with pennymac
I was frustrated on the length of time the process took and that I had to resend documents, the documents they required also kept changing. Although Krystal was great through it all.
If you could have applied my to monthly payments of December and January that were sent to the wrong payee address. I did not need to receive foreclosure documents when the company could have tracked down where I made the payments.
