Tony was actually great. Our experience started off great with Jacob. When it went for review, communication stopped, and nothing moved along until we desperately pleased with a manager to get involved, once that happened, our loan was moved very quickly. But it sat for more than 6 weeks with no one communicating with us, other than when WE called to ask the status, and the only response we every received was that everything was going great. Turned out to be untrue. Once tony got involved at closing, he was fantastic!
Tiffany would not call me back or response to my emails. I sent the same documents several times, but she was still emailing me asking for them instead of looking in her inbox where I had already sent them
