Good was not an option. Honestly, it was a good experience. We had a few communication issues, but it was from both sides. Overall, good experience.
Amazing Amazing
To many things, the process was horrific. Over half a year. Repeated request for documents, 10 agents all assigned at random times. No legit point of contact. Whatever management created this process clearly doesn’t deal directly with their staff because it’s horrid. The system doesn’t work.
If your agent had been responsive and at least appeared interested and knowledgeable.

The whole team was amazing and was with me throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.
