Easy to contact
Your website and communication response time because we can’t ever call our loan officer directly. Waiting to hear back took to long and while we had already uploaded what was needed it took days for anyone to notice it.
Everything was explained properly just at the end the numbers were correct and had to be changed to what was agreed upon. Thank you
