Don't really recall speaking/working with Mr. Williams; communication was limited to emails. however, my husband may have spoken with Mr. Williams during this process. I had a few phone calls from a female requesting specific documents and later asking about when Pennymac would be sending documents over for the new title company to finish up the process.
The process was fast and efficient. The information received was accurate with respect to the loan closing process and dealt with professionally by the team.
The process was very clear from start to finish. All questions were answered in a timely manner, and everything was provided to us from the onset.
I had problems with knowing exactly what documents were required. In one case documents were requested for things that didn't apply to me. It's possible that because I've never used this online process before I had some confusion that was self created. Carissa was very helpful and patient in navigating me through the process.
Our closing document/Notary Desiree Tisdale was amazing. She was so personable and knowledgeable. It helped having something so knowledgeable while signing the documents are having a remote closing creates a block in communication throughout the process. She made signing all the docs a pleasure! I will highly recommend her and Pennymac to my friends and family.
Great team, quick and responsive
I had to call 4 different times to get 4 different explanations as to where my $5k in missing escrow funds had gone and was told each time everything was fine and the numbers worked out only to have a "random audit" of my account acknowledge the money was missing and a credit was applied to my account about a month later.
Seamless overall!
