Due to delays/communication on Pennymacs request of documents. My interest rates were much higher the second time we had to process my application. Maybe next time I will process just one application at a time to create less confusion. Not sure what happened but I submitted all requested docs and I was just waiting and waiting for a reply. Till I received no reply and I finally followed up. Only to find out later that I needed to redo or resend some of my documents.

Working with Shalimar and Blake was a pleasure. There were knowledgable, professional and timely. I'm also glad I only had two people to work with, not multiple representatives. There was one minor error in my closing payoffs. I paid off one of my credit cards during the closing process, and it wasn't reflected in the check disbursement. It wasn't for much ($184 or so).
