hmmm it was ok
The loan process was fairly lengthy and I was asked for different documents at different times instead of having all documents asked for at one time. That would have sped the process up.
Everyone was very friendly
Tyra made sure to explain the process, needed documentation, explained everything where I could understand and made the process very easy for me. Definitely helps working with someone that you can feel comfortable asking questions when your unsure about anything. Thanks
Everything that Peter did was great! The only issue we ran into was at closing the wrong last name was printed on the documents. This was corrected quickly though and we were able to reschedule and complete closing the following week.
Anna was amazing, she helped me so much and went above and beyond to help us close on time. The only downside to Pennymac is when you call after your loan has processed I could not get a hold of anyone, but during the process it is very easy to get a hold Of someone
