The process with Penny Mac was easy and help was always available. Jessica was always professional, courteous and answer all our questions.
At the very beginning of the process we received a call from Brandon stating that our loan was denied because our present VA mortage loan with Pennymac was in default therefore we could not be approved for a government loan although we were never late or ever missed a payment. HOA documents were sent in 3 times and information that was on the first set of documents was requested a second time because someone didnt look over the document throughly checking that we are billed yearly and not monthly for HOA dues.
