Despite the closing delays, which moved the closing into a new month and caused another payment to be withdrawn at the old interest rate and changed the amount due at closing, Nayely was able to get the necessary changes made to fix the closing costs and the final steps were smooth.

When I talked to the initial male on the phone the only thing he said it was going to cost me was a hundred dollar application fee. Failed to say I would pay almost 8K in closing cost. Also said it would lower my interest rate. My interest rate is actually higher. He said I would save money but didn’t understand how. I took the word of your company.

Return calls, and use one agent instead of several. My financial affairs are private and there is a need to have done pull my file every time that I call.
