great customer service
Maria did a great job working with me to get the rate that I wanted on my loan. I was working with loan depot but dropped them to work with PENNYMAC because of better customer service that I was receiving from Maria and her team. After having so may failed attempts to refinance due to the lack of professionalism from bank of America and Citigroup I got approved and signed contract by the original expected close date unlike the mentioned banks that postpone up to 5 times my closing date and reassigned several representatives
My loan officer was great in answering all my questions even when I thought it may have sounded rude or misunderstood. He was polite and understanding my repeated concerns on someb financial language terms. 10 Stars
The online portal was very unfriendly. I had difficulty accessing the document and determining which documents were accepted. Didn't hear back about questions for days.
Penny Mac made the whole process simple. everything was done online and it went smooth. if you are looking to refinance I highly recommend them.
