Personnel who can communicate with one another would help! I had multiple people requesting the same documents within the same timeframe. Some of the documents were incorrect & I asked and told things were done when they were not. Those things cost me money & pushed the closing date back more than once. My experience was terrible!!!
Chantel Bryant went above and beyond within her means to close my loan. Without Chantel's assistance and persistence, I would have withdrawn my loan and went with another loan provider.
-Communication from start to finish. -Immediate notice regarding what is needed or required as far as documentation. -Consistency as I was being told many different things from different representatives. -Overall better knowledge of the mortgage process for all employees.

I was already with PennyMac and when I refinanced for lower interest Kristina explained everything in detail and was very clear with every thing she was amazing.
Everything was done so quickly, even my loan officer was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the appraisal came back. Overall one of the quickest closings.
