Clear from beginning to end. Communication was top notch and all of the ppl involved were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Great communication
It took a lot longer than I expected.
We were passed from our original loan officer to another and we felt like the closing disclosures that we received over the couple of weeks were all over the place. My husband had to call to talk through the numbers. At one point the closing funds were up to $30k and we almost went with another company. Overall the experience was just okay.
I like that everything was communicated clearly from beginning to the end.
I like quick responses and the Penny Mac team were on it!
