I was extremely disappointed with the service, I had to do the loan process twice had to run a credit report twice because Penny Mac lost my loan application in the system. I was supposed to get her crate to us to the lawn since it was delayed more than two months I never received any of that I am truly disappointed

One of your mortgage loan advisors did a great job at the beginning in August explaining the process to me, offering recommendations on how to lower my rate and running through options depending on my needs. I ultimately closed with other people, but his advice made your rate lowest, so the time he spent with me in the early stage was well worth it for me.
