The First Lady I spoke to is amazing and when I needed answers. Candice Williams was very qualified an honest. Yesenia seemed to busy to follow through. I had concern with Rates, even when mortgage was cancelled direct payment still came out of checking account which she said it was under control, weeks later still did not know then check was issued plus my bank put money back, Jessica said cash the check… Still do not get why exact home next to me a month prior was $20 K more then my appraisal… It’s done now but I am n... read more

Very pleasant experience Edna was great
Edna was absolutely wonderful. I had several unexpected family emergencies and a death the week we had planned to close. I called Edna and she was so sweet, caring and reassuring that everything was fine and we could reschedule for the next week. On top of that she showed genuine concern for my family. Her kindness during a very difficult time made me feel so much better.
Ms López was exceptional, professional and personable. She coordinated with various parties and diligently kept us informed.
Anna Eng was awesome she exceeded my expectations. My closing date was moved up a week and I had to stay in a hotel. It was a unexpected cost but Anna got me extra funds to compensate. Anna informed me every step of the way in regards to all the documentation. If I couldn't reach Anna rather than leave a voice mail Pennt Mac provided a team for me to correspond with.
