Emeldo Munoz was most excellent to work with during the whole process
LaRonda was great to work with and very prompt and helpful with her responses. The only area that I rated a little lower was regarding the expectations around the water test, and that was not a direct result of LaRonda’s communications. The water test was a requirement that we were informed o go before we were connected with LaRonda, and it was not clear that the sample had to be collected by a third party. When we communicated our frustration about this to LaRonda she was excellent and worked to find an amicable solution. ... read more
