Overall loan process was quick and easy and went thru faster then I initially thought.
the underwriters requests for employment and income documentation seemed over the top. they never seemed to be satisfied. this was a refi of a Pennymac mortgage I have been paying for 12 years without fail and I have over 50% equity in the property but none of that seemed to matter.

Get more people working in departments so multiple requests for same documents does not occur. Very frustrating and makes one lose trust in the process. So not ever lose Darrel Thomas-Hagan’s, she was the best in trying to get things done!!
There was a lot of confusion with the money needed for closing. The closing date was moved do to miscommunication.
Ms. Northcut was the essential catalyst in making this an excellent experience without her it wouldn’t have occurred I commend her greatly.
Lack of communication. No one could answer my questions was transferred from one department to another. Never received follow up from Anna until the issue was completely escalated. When I did her from Anna the situation was already resolved by another member. Being an existing Pennymac customer I was extremely disappointed in the service I received.
