Great communication and follow through. When the local closing company made an error on the documents, PennyMac responded swiftly within the hour to redraft the documents to close on time.
Sandra was AMAZING! We couldn’t of asked for a better agent to handle our entire process. She went above and beyond to help us and to answer any and all thousand and one questions I may of had. She was prompt on her responses even when it was after business hours due to my work schedule or even on the weekend. I highly recommend Sandra to anyone who is purchasing a home!

My loan office was by my side throughout the entire process. She was very quick to answer any questions along the way. She called a couple of times just to make sure I was still good and didn't have any questions or concerns. This makes the process less intimidating. 5 stars.
