the entire process was great, the closing was quicker than expected
Jacob started out quite well in explaining paperwork and expectations. However, around the closing, I felt as though Jacob stopped communicating and provided what I understand from speaking with others at PennyMac to include supervisors and managers, as being incorrect information that led to confusion, misdirection and an unacceptable amount of my time it getting questions answered because i got passed around to multiple people.
